Please note:
- All classes are 50 minutes long.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time to get settled in.
- Socks are compulsory. We recommend grippy socks for your safety and these can be purchased at the studio (by card or Revolut, no cash).
- You need to have done at least 3 Explore classes before joining a Mixed Level class.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please do so in your Wunderbook account, at least 24 hours before the start time, so that you can use your class credit to book another class. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiting your class credit. This is to be fair to other clients who may have wanted to book into that class and due to the very small class size were unable to do so.
- Classes can be booked 3 weeks in advance.
- The timetable will be updated over the coming weeks to add some Elevate classes and if there is sufficient demand, another over-55s seated class.
Reformer Explore
Explore is the perfect place to start if you're new to Pilates or it's been six months or more since you were on a reformer. We focus on foundational movements, footwork and proper technique to help you build core strength, connect your breath to your movement and understand the reformer. If you enjoy doing a class at a gentler pace, this is the one for you.
Reformer Evolve
Evolve is a more demanding workout, improving your strength, balance, flexibility and mind-body connection.
Reformer Elevate
This class takes your practice to the next level by challenging your core stability and coordination with more advanced, intricate sequences. The pace is faster and assumes a solid understanding of Pilates principles.
Over 55s Seated Yoga & Pilates
This class blends seated yoga exercises with core-strengthening Pilates principles to improve your balance, mobility, and overall strength in a safe and supportive environment
